He was a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he completed both undergraduate as well as medical school. He continued both his training in General Pediatrics and fellowship in Neonatology at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Schrager's extensive experience included 19 years as Director of Neonatology at Frankford-Torresdale Hospital in Philadelphia as well as serving on the physician advisory board for Paidos Corporation where he helped develop guidelines and protocols for neonatal management.
